May General Membership Meeting

The Chamber of Commerce Monthly meeting for May  2008  will be Tuesday May 6, 2008 at the City Hall at 6:30 P.M.  Dinner will be ordered from  Hunter's Bar .  The board meeting will follow the General meeting. 


Tell Us about your Business

We are incorporating a special feature into our meetings called “Tell Us About Your Business.”  Since we have many members whose business are not well known to all the other members, we want to invite our members to give a 10 minute talk about their business.  Our new "Tell us about your business" addition to our monthly meetings is an opportunity for free advertising, networking, and building the membership value.  Each member will be contacted in alphabetical order with an invitation to speak about their business at an upcoming General membership meeting.  This is certainly not mandatory, but we hope that our members will welcome the opportunity to both speak about their own business and learn more about our fellow members’ businesses.

Chamber of Commerce membership Meeting Locations

 We have set the meeting locations for 2008.  Mark your calendars and plan to attend your Chamber General membership meetings which are on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. at a local restaurant.  Board meetings will follow the general membership meeting.  Members are welcome to attend the board meetings.
